Members Social Meeting - 30th October, 7pm on Zoom

We have our next member's social evening later this month and we are delighted to be having 2 of our talented members talking about their art practice.

Janet Marshall, a very talented artist will be telling us about her long career as a bird and botanical artist. You probably have a few of her books on your shelf - I know we do. They belonged to my mother-in-law so are probably first editions!

Janet works in many different mediums, and I am looking forward to getting some tips from her for working in gouache and learning more about her metal point work.

Gillian Receveur will be showing us her beautiful colour pencil work, and demonstrating some of her techniques. We are hoping this may lead to Gillian running a zoom workshop for us later on if there is enough interest.

They will both be happy to answer questions, do have a look at their gallery pages on our website to get a look at their work!
