Lucky member, Francesca Thompson is the winner of the beautiful book, ‘Flora - Celebrating our Botanical World’.
This fabulous book, written by Carlos Lehnebach, Claire Regnault, Rebecca Rice, Isaac Te Awa, Rachel Yates is on the Ockham Awards Longlist 2024 and was longlisted for the Booksellers Aotearoa New Zealand Award for Illustrated Non-Fiction in the 2024 Ockham NZ Book Awards.
We were thrilled to have Rebcca Rice, Curator Historical New Zealand Art at Te Papa Tongarewa, and one of the authors of this book talk at one of our regular zoom social evenings about how the book came about.
